It takes an unflappable and extremely organised individual to be at the epicentre of a busy studio like ours, and to really thrive in the role. And as Operations Director, Kim does just that.

Organised to the nth degree, she’s adept at prioritising tasks while always being on-hand to support the more junior members of the team. Kim has made internal communications an indispensable part of her repertoire. And she handles everything that comes her way with aplomb.

Cultivating a business where people enjoy working takes considerable creativity. To keep us sociable, someone has to organise the calendar, something many of us take for granted.

At Vincent & Partners, we strive to create a culture of engagement and an environment where people want to spend their time. When clients visit our studio, be they new faces or long-term partners, Kim is usually the first person they see, and her positive attitude and warm demeanour sets the tone for the office.
