A tender submission to provide over 700,000 sqft of new mixed-use accommodation including office, retail and residential space for Morley Fund Management and Manchester City Council.
The project involved the redevelopment of Westminster House and the Major St. car park and an approach for how this key area of the city could be redeveloped in a manner that meets the MCC’s strategic urban design agenda was provided. The scheme comprised high quality, commercial office space, retail and residential accommodation in a series of landmark buildings.
The scheme was designed and led by our Director Neil Brown, whilst at Broadway Malyan Architects.
