The Oaks
A new build 3-bed town house located to the rear of 126 Acomb Road, York.
The site was formerly car parking & outbuildings associated with the host building. This scheme sought to add an additional stand alone unit in what was a difficult and challenging site due to the surrounding constraints.
The Vincent & Partners team oversaw the project from RIBA stages 1 - 6 - coordinating all external consultants and contractors to deliver the final products for open market sales.
