The scheme delivered 25 new build homes in Church Fenton, North Yorkshire.
The development needed to blend in to a rural setting whilst providing modern family homes. A mix of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bed private dwellings were provided along with 9 affordable homes.
The Vincent & Partners team successfully secured planning consent and prepared comprehensive construction information for this residential development including coordinating all external consultants and contractors to deliver the properties for open market sales.
