The Boulevard
The Boulevard in York is a purpose-built student accommodation development close to the University of York campus.
The development comprises 5 separate blocks of accommodation containing over 330 student bedrooms with ancillary facilities and landscaped gardens.
Constructed using a modular pod system the development was completed in less than 12 months and achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
Whilst at a previous practice, members of the Vincent & Brown team were the Project Architects leading the consultant Design Team and working with Nixon Homes, UniLiving and Hall Construction delivered the project to an extremely tight time-frame and budget.
