Four, 3-bed town houses located on the site of a former working men's institute, located on the corner of St Giles Road & The Meadows, Skelton.
This scheme sought to maximise the develop-able area of the existing site by utilising the roof spaces whilst not having an overbearing impact on the surrounding dwellings.
The Vincent & Partners team oversaw the project from RIBA stages 1 - 6 - coordinating all external consultants and contractors to deliver the final products for open market sales.
