The scheme features 86,000 sqm of residential space, with 300 high-end dwellings and apartments, 50,000 sqm of retail space across a two-storey shopping mall, with 200 shops, and includes a health & fitness centre. The design takes inspiration from local forests and the sea. A sustainable approach was a key aspect of the project through integration with adjacent public transport links and the inclusion of features such as a green roof.

The residential element of the project was designed by members of the Vincent & Brown team whilst at Broadway Malyan Architects.
