A residential development on land at Kirk Lane, Tockwith, located on the edge of the village
On a vacant patch of land on the limits of the village, the development comprises of two large detached properties for a high-end property developer. The properties, both one and a half stories in height, tested the limits of development in relation to the adjacent dwellings, yet complimenting the openness of the surroundings. Stepping away from traditional construction, the development incorporates the use of timber frame construction.
