Our client wanted to extend and refurbish a current office building, located to the North East of Millfield Lane, in between the Saville Group Building and the London Ebor Business Park.
The new, approved, scheme cover the extension, refurbishment, extending car parking and upgrading the landscaping of Independence House which is at present a part two storey and part single storey traditionally built office building, with both pitched and flat roofs. The construction of the new extension will be made via a steel frame system with zinc external cladding, which will allow the large, open plan spaces our client wants.
The Vincent & Brown team achieved planning consent, created building regulation drawings and will oversee the construction scheduled for 2021.
