Situated in London’s most coveted neighbourhood, Chelsea Barracks is a world-class residential development comprising a rare collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses.
Following the completion of Chelsea Barracks marketing suite in this landmark scheme, Qatari Diar appointed Vincent & Partners to redevelop the space and create four new luxury apartments with two retail spaces at ground level. Works included internal refurbishment, the addition of a second floor and new windows sensitively placed within the façade.
The design of the apartments was carefully considered and meticulously executed. High spec finishes and features including the highest-grade natural materials and state-of-the art technology, all served to showcase the exceptional craftsmanship in this prestigious and exclusive development.
Over a decade in the making, Chelsea Barracks has reintroduced 12.8 acres of isolated land into existing Belgravia, erasing the barrack’s boundaries and creating a new legacy for London. Pedestrianisation is a key element of the scheme, with seven publicly accessible garden squares that weave seamlessly into the fabric of the development.
Vincent & Partners provided full architectural services. Planning consent was granted in 2018 with works started in early 2019. Our team provided full on-site services to Donban Contracting with the project completing in summer 2020.
