11 The Crescent
Our proposals for no.11 The Crescent consist of new build apartments conveniently located close to York rail station and the city centre.
The proposals reinstate an historical terrace pattern along The Crescent and respond to one of the earliest purpose-built railway structures in the country, located just to the north of the Site. Brick detailing draws from the surrounding Victorian heritage to create a modern design that positively contributes to the historic area.
The Vincent & Partners team are currently providing full architectural services, working towards planning consent in 2020.
