We are delighted to announce that one of our entries into the What House Awards 2020 has been shortlisted.

The former York Fire Station is a unique mixed-use development in the heart of York, comprising of the sympathetic regeneration of the Old Fire Station and former Trinity Chapel, a new build street frontage and townhouses overlooking the River Ouse. We entered the development into a number of categories including 'Best Apartment Scheme', 'Best Exterior Design' and 'Best Regeneration Scheme'.The site will be visited by the judges next month for 'Best Mixed Use Development', and we cannot wait to show it off! Fingers crossed the development gets the accolade we think it deserves.

A ceremonial ground-breaking ceremony has taken place on the former Heworth Gasworks Site, York. The development is set to become York’s most revered city centre residential address. Councillor Janet Looker, the current Lord Major of the city, put a symbolic spade in the ground, as demolition of the former gasworks and remediation of the site began.
