Trio of Bootham Projects complete in 2021
Bootham House, Bootham Row Apartments and The Quadrant, Bootham all reach practical completion in 2021, providing York with a total of 37 new homes.
Three projects designed by the Vincent & Brown Team, located in the sought after area of Bootham, York have almost simultaneously reached completion in 2021.
The team secured planning consent for Bootham House in 2019, Bootham Row in 2018 and The Quadrant also in 2018.
Technical Director, Mark Stothard and Architectural Assistant Tom Barnes have kept a close eye over the construction of all three projects and it's a proud moment not only for them, but for the whole team to see the projects come to fruition.
