Independence House Progress

GEM Construction have broken ground on the Independence House project, for client London Ebor Developments.

The project includes extension, refurbishment, car park extension and upgrading the landscaping of Independence House which is at present a part two storey and part single storey traditionally built office building, with both pitched and flat roofs. The construction of the new extension will be made via a steel frame system with zinc external cladding.

Work has begun on the first phase, demolition of the rear section of existing building while leaving the front section as useable office for the current occupants.

The new rear section will then be constructed to usable office, allowing the occupants to move in before alterations to the front section finish the refurbishment.

Once complete Independence House will offer 14 grade A, fully serviced offices and 4 meeting rooms with moveable partition walls offering flexibility for larger meetings. If you are interested in moving your work place to Independence House contact London Ebor Developments
