Project progress - 18 February 2021
Vincent & Brown's Gale Lane Project, an exclusive development of spacious 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bungalows, is progressing well with local contractors Buildtech. The team are starting to see their hard work pay off with roofs on the bungalows and the apartment building's brickwork up to first floor level. The underpass to access the parking area at the rear, is also taking shape all under the guidance of technical director Mark Stothard & architectural assistant Alex Smith.
The scheme accommodates 8 high quality apartments and 2 bungalows to the rear of the site all with associated parking.
The developers, Inglehurst Property Ltd, utilised Homes England funding which aims to support an increase in housing supply in England. And the apartments are offered for sale via the governments help to buy scheme, where new properties can be purchased with just a 5% deposit.
Completion is due Summer 2021.
