Practical Completion obtained at Chelsea Barracks
The Vincent & Brown team are delighted to announce that modifications of the existing marketing suite at Chelsea Barracks are now complete.
The project included for the remodelling of the existing marketing suite previously completed by Vincent and Brown and Donban Contracting in 2015
The planning approval for the extensions and internal modifications of the existing building were obtained for Quatari Diar in 2017.
The scheme included a second floor penthouse extension with terraces over looking the Garison Square. The development include 2 retail units at ground floor with Garison Square frontage and 4 super prime luxury apartments to the first and second floors.
The Vincent and Brown team completed the detail design information and works started on site in spring 2019. Quatari Diar engaged the construction team that had completed the original marketing suite. Vincent and Brown teamed up with Doban Contracting who delivered this high quality development in September 2020
