Redevelopment of Beverley House submitted for Full Planning approval

On behalf of the client, Inglehurst Property, Vincent and Brown have just submitted a full planning application for the redevelopment of Beverley House on Shipton Road in York for Senior Living.

The proposals will restore the grand existing building, previously occupied by the Joseph Rowntree Trust to its original use, adding two new-build blocks to the site that will deliver 24 high-quality homes.
